Reflections on Relaxation Exercise:
While meditation and guide relaxation techniques are still quit new to me, I have come to rely on these techniques daily.  In my last term at Kaplan University I had a Stress Management course that introduced these techniques to me for the first time and I enjoyed, very much.  The “Journey On” guided relaxation is a wonderful example of this.  I’m very thankful for this new tool in my life and I look forward to using these with my future clients in meeting their health and fitness goals.  I’m very excited!
