Reflections on Relaxation Exercise:
While meditation and guide relaxation techniques are still
quit new to me, I have come to rely on these techniques daily. In my last term at Kaplan University I had a
Stress Management course that introduced these techniques to me for the first
time and I enjoyed, very much. The “Journey
On” guided relaxation is a wonderful example of this. I’m very thankful for this new tool in my
life and I look forward to using these with my future clients in meeting their
health and fitness goals. I’m very
excited!

Is there anybody who does not, in some way, seek after happiness? Meditation takes us to the source of happiness, which is to be found in our own peace of mind. If we have no peace of mind and are constantly attacked by negative thoughts, happiness will remain elusive, no matter how successful we are on an outer plane.
